Free Shipping

Unlike other websites, our shipping policy is simple: We offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website to the lower 48 states, with no minimum order sizes.

Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis on orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. How much?

How long does it take?
Just because it's free doesn't mean you have to wait long. We usually ship your order the day after it's placed via UPS or Fedex Ground. You can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.


Free Returns too. Really?

That's right. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 45 days of your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund. All you need to do is fill out this form, and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label as well as instructions.

There are three exceptions:

  1. Because our Chair requires assembly, we do not offer any returns on it. It is the only item we sell that cannot be returned.
  2. We pay return shipping only on orders placed on or after Aug. 28th, 2010 only.
  3. Free returns do not apply to any orders placed with a discount code.

With minui HandySitt's 45 day return policy. We just ask that we get your items back in their original packaging, in the same condition as you received them.

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 45 days of your purchase date from minuihandysitt.com
  • You must ship your item(s) back to us within 3 business days of receiving your prepaid return shipping label
  • We will not accept a product for refund if it's dirty (peanut butter, maple syrup...), smelly or otherwise marked up in any fashion. It needs to be as good as new, and returned in its original undamaged packaging.
  • You'll be provided with a pre-paid UPS or Fedex Ground label to return the purchase to us. They item must be returned from the domestic area to which we originally shipped it.
  • Once we've received your item and had a good look at it, we'll refund you via your original payment method within 7 business days. It may take an additional few days for your credit card company to apply the refund to your account.
