<p>We will not accept a product for refund if it's dirty (peanut butter, maple syrup...), smelly or otherwise marked up in any fashion. It needs to be as good as new, and <span style="background: #fff5b1;">returned in its original packaging</span>.</p>
<p>If you're returning any accessories, they and their packaging must be in perfect condition.</p>

<p>Keiki Enterprises cannot be held liable for losses of any returned box and will only issue credit/replacement once the returned box is in our possession.</p>

<p>Shipping on all minui HandySitt products is free to continental USA. Shipping is, however, charged on a flat rate basis to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Armed Forces.</p>
<h2>Shipping times</h2>
<p>It depends on where you are, but shipping typically takes 2-6 business days via UPS or Fedex Ground. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times.</p>
<p>We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated above, but we're unable to provide an exact delivery date. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email immediately upon placement of your order and another email complete with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.</p>

<p>If you notice an item with a manufacture defect, please contact us immediately at <a href="mailto:returns@minuihandysitt.com">returns@minuihandysitt.com</a>. Include in your email the serial number of your Portable Seat or Chair (found on the underside of their seats) along with a description of the defect. We'll then provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product(s) to us. Upon receipt, replacement product(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost.</p>
